Laci Cardova

Client Services and Event Operations Manager

Laci is a Maryland native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she studied Sports Management and was involved with Tennessee Athletics. She has experience working in college athletics, including football recruiting, operations, and athletics development. Before joining Happy Valley, Laci worked as Director of On-Campus Recruiting at East Tennessee State University and previously supported Tennessee Football recruiting as well.

She is passionate about sports, especially college football, and enjoys being around the unique environment of athletics. Outside of work, Laci enjoys spending time with her dog, Murphy, and cheering on her favorite teams.
