Every Fan. A Scout. A Voice In The Room.
Insider isn't a place where you read about recruiting. It's where you do it. Watch film, grade prospects, post evals, debate calls with lettermen like Adam Taliaferro — and the best work makes it to the actual recruiting board.

Evaluation
Quick, decisive processor with a live arm and clean footwork. Turns his hips on time, keeps his eyes downfield under pressure, and drives the ball with anticipation. High-major starter ceiling.
Your Eval — Submitted
Elite pocket presence. Ball comes out clean when the rush gets home — exactly what you want in a QB1.
🔒 Insider+ unlocks the full eval — and lets you post yours
How It Works
You Scout. The Program Wins.
Your voice doesn't sit on a fan forum. It moves the program.
01 — You Scout
Eyes On Tape
We drop the film. You watch, you grade, you write what you see. Hip turn, footwork, eyes — the same things college coaches look for. Real evaluation, not opinion.
02 — The Room Listens
Your Name On Your Work
Top-rated evals get featured in the weekly drop. The strongest scouts get pulled into letterman threads with Adam Taliaferro and the brotherhood.
03 — The Program Wins
A Recruiting Weapon
Thousands of Penn Staters putting eyes on tape every week is a weapon nobody else has. An army of scouts — making Penn State the most-wanted program in college football.
